Anti-Corruption and Investigations

Anti-corruption regulations are increasingly broad in scope and require companies to make rigorous preventive decisions, particularly when they operate across jurisdictions, participate in transactions or engage with business partners and third parties. In these contexts, a compliance policy must not only address legal requirements, but also work within the operational reality of the business.

Our experience

PPO Indacochea advises local and multinational companies on compliance with domestic and international anti-corruption regulations, including the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA). We support clients in the design, implementation and review of internal compliance and ethics policies, adapting them to international standards, the local regulatory framework and the practical conditions in which the business operates.

Our experience includes anti-corruption due diligence in mergers and acquisitions, as well as in relationships with business partners, suppliers and other third parties. We also design and deliver internal training for executives and teams, aimed at strengthening prevention, early risk detection and responsible decision-making across the organisation.
