We assist Bolivian and international clients with structured finance, syndicated loans, acquisition finance, secured lending, capital markets transactions and project finance. Our work includes legal structuring, negotiation of transaction documents, review of security packages, regulatory analysis and support through closing.
Where required, we work closely with our corporate, regulatory, tax and sector-focused teams to deliver a coordinated strategy, particularly in infrastructure, energy, natural resources and other sectors where financing demands technical knowledge and a clear understanding of the Bolivian context.
