Three decades building the firm.
PPO Indacochea is the result of distinct paths converging in a common project.
Behind the name lie more than 30 years of practice in Bolivia.
- 1991
Founding of Indacochea & Asociados. For more than three decades, one of the leading firms in business law in Bolivia, with a consolidated presence in Santa Cruz and a network of relationships built over generations.
- 2020
PPO is born, in the midst of the pandemic. With a new structure, a professional management model and the ambition to build Bolivia’s leading legal platform. The market read it as a risky bet. The partners were clear.
- 2021
Orpan, a firm distinguished for four decades by its excellence in intellectual property nationally and internationally, joins PPO.
- 2025
PPO and Indacochea merge. The resulting firm combines the dynamism and institutionalisation of PPO with more than three decades of legacy, network and consolidated presence in Santa Cruz from Indacochea. PPO Indacochea is born.
- TODAY
Six offices in five cities. More than 180 professionals. Recognised in Chambers Global Band 1, The Legal 500, GIR 100 and Latin Lawyer 250. The reference firm in Bolivia for complex legal matters.
