Alejandra Suarez

Alejandra focuses her practice on Corporate and Commercial Law and Real Estate, advising domestic and international clients on a broad range of corporate, transactional and real estate matters.

Her corporate practice includes advising clients on due diligence processes, corporate structuring and reorganizations, commercial agreements and day-to-day corporate matters. She regularly assists companies in understanding and complying with their legal obligations and in structuring transactions and business arrangements tailored to their commercial objectives.

Alejandra also has significant experience in real estate transactions and investments, advising clients throughout the different stages of real estate projects, including the acquisition, development, financing, sale and lease of real estate assets. Her work includes assisting clients with the legal structuring of investments, due diligence processes, and the negotiation and preparation of transaction documents.

In addition, Alejandra advises clients on cross-border transactions and international business operations, including the expansion of Bolivian companies and investments into other jurisdictions.

Her practice combines corporate, transactional and real estate experience, allowing her to provide practical and comprehensive legal advice to clients in connection with their investments and business activities.

Alejandra holds a law degree from Universidad Privada de Santa Cruz de la Sierra (UPSA), where she graduated in 2020.
