Daniela Salas

Daniela Salas is a Senior Associate at PPO Indacochea with over 15 years of experience in Corporate, Regulatory, Life Sciences and Pharmaceutical law.

Daniela is a highly specialized regulatory lawyer with extensive experience advising leading multinational and domestic companies in the life sciences and consumer products sectors. Throughout her career, she has advised clients such as Abbott, Roche, Bayer, Pfizer, Kimberly-Clark, Belcorp and Technopharma, on a broad range of regulatory compliance and commercial matters.

Her practice is highly focused on the Life Sciences sector, where she advises pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device and cosmetics companies throughout the entire product lifecycle. She regularly counsels clients on regulatory strategy, product registrations and marketing authorizations, clinical research, manufacturing and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), importation and distribution, pharmacovigilance, labeling and advertising, promotional activities, interactions with the Bolivian health authorities, and compliance with the regulatory framework applicable to highly regulated products.

Daniela graduated with honors from the Universidad Católica Boliviana San Pablo and holds a Master’s Degree in Economic Law from the Universidad Andina Simón Bolívar.
