Fabiana Vaca Pereira

Fabiana focuses her practice on Corporate and Commercial Law and Real Estate, advising domestic and international clients on a broad range of transactional and day-to-day legal matters.

Her corporate practice includes advising clients on company incorporations, corporate reorganizations, due diligence processes, commercial agreements and general corporate matters. She regularly assists companies with their ongoing legal and corporate requirements, providing practical advice tailored to their businesses and operations in Bolivia.

Fabiana also has significant experience in real estate transactions and property regularization matters. She advises clients on the acquisition, transfer and regularization of real estate assets, including title and property registry matters, cadastral regularizations, sales, mergers and subdivisions of properties, as well as proceedings before public registries and other governmental authorities.

In addition, Fabiana advises clients on the structuring and implementation of international business operations and cross-border transactions, assisting foreign companies and investors in navigating the Bolivian legal and regulatory framework applicable to their investments and commercial activities in the country.

Her practice combines corporate, transactional and real estate experience, allowing her to provide comprehensive legal support throughout the establishment, operation and development of businesses in Bolivia.

Fabiana holds a law degree from Universidad Privada de Santa Cruz de la Sierra (UPSA) and pursued further studies at ESADE Business & Law School in Barcelona, Spain.
