Nicolás Alvarez

Nicolás is an associate of PPO Indacochea and is part of the Litigation team, specializing his practice in the design of legal strategies and judicial representation in civil, commercial and labor litigation.

His practice focuses on litigation, integrating procedural analysis with a solid knowledge of corporate law, oriented to the legal security of his represented as well as in the design of legal strategies for the resolution of disputes, always seeking to mitigate to the best extent any eventual risk to his clients.

Nicolás has experience in the execution and development of civil, commercial, arbitration, administrative and constitutional processes, including construction, insurance and corporate litigation.

In addition, Nicolás has experience and knowledge in the corporate sector, particularly in the management of companies and the mitigation of business risks, which serves to have an integral approach in litigation and processes, in a way that allows you to know the perspective of the companies you represent and anticipate their needs and points of interest, this to prepare a strategy aligned with the requirements of the firm’s clients.

Prior to joining the firm, Nicolás acquired experience in litigation and corporate advice in prestigious firms, which allows him to offer comprehensive and multidisciplinary advice.
